Contact inquiries

When you use the contact form, we process the name, company, work email, website, selected engagement model and message you provide. The purpose is to review the request, communicate with you and prepare a possible B2B service proposal.

Contact-form information is sent to Prevent IT by email. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated advertising. We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, contractual discussions, legal obligations and legitimate business records.

reCAPTCHA

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated spam. The reCAPTCHA component is loaded when the contact form comes into view. Google may process technical information needed to assess whether the form is being used by a person or an automated system.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 is disabled by default. It loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. We use it to understand page visits and broad actions such as service-link clicks or a successful form submission. We do not send the form contents, name, email address or company name to Analytics.

You can change your analytics choice at any time through the “Analytics settings” button in the footer.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, email delivery, reCAPTCHA and optional analytics may involve service providers acting on our behalf. Some providers may process technical data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data-protection arrangements.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you may withdraw analytics consent. Contact info@preventit.ee. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
